April found the transition into Real Estate a natural progression after assisting her husband with his appraisal business for years. With a prior legal background of 20 years, as both a Legal Assistant and Sales Rep, she has found a way to combine the best of her abilities. Her real passion and driving force is the desire to help others, which is why she truly loves what she does!
April’s goal is to educate and empower her clients, so they never feel lost in the transaction. Realizing how overwhelming and intimidating Selling and/or Buying a home can be, she focuses on being an open source of communication and providing helpful Tools, Handouts and Resources throughout the transaction. She treats her clients as if they were family and wants them to feel like they are partners in the process. Trust, Communication, Resourcefulness, and Honesty are her top priorities to ensure her clients are getting the best experience and outcome possible.
As a Temecula Valley local since 2005, April has a competitive edge in understanding which neighborhoods may fit the needs of her clients best, whether they’re relocating from out of state or moving from one local area to another. April is extremely family-oriented! When she’s not spending time with her husband and two children, she loves traveling, visiting the wineries with friends, and playing the piano.
